1. To register as an e-Gamer, first click on the Register tab on the main page.
2. You will be directed to the e-Games Registration Step 1 page. Fill in the required details. Read and understand our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before ticking the I AGREE checkbox. When you're done, click on Continue. You must also supply an e-mail address If you don't have one, go to Yahoo.com, Gmail.com and register for free.
3. You will be brought to the Registration Step 2 page. Fill in the details and make sure it is correct. Afterwards, type in the characters you see in the picture box. To generate a new image, click on New Image. Click on Confirm to Continue.
4. Once confirmed, you will be given your account verification information. Take note of this. You will also be asked to validate your account through your mobile phone.
5. Congratulations! You have completed the registration process.

1. First, choose from among the many awesome games offered in our lineup.
2. Having chosen a game (you can choose as many as you want to), you now have two options: Go to the respective game’s official website and download the game client, OR get the game client CD from various computer game stores and cybercafés (Kindly click on the I-cafes button the E-games Web page). If you choose to play RAN Online, you can download the RAN Online client from the RAN Online official website. Or if you are unable to download the client, you can get it from the e-Games events that give it out for free or you can visit our office at 4/F Podium RCBC Plaza 6819 Ayala Ave., Makati city.
3. Once you have obtained the game client, install it on your computer by double clicking on the Client Executable File and follow the instructions.
4. Once installation of the game client has been completed, make sure you are connected to the internet, and you are ready to log in to the game.
5. There are two ways to log in: Double-click on the desktop icon or click on the QUICK LAUNCH button on the game’s respective website.
6. Type in your e-Games username and PASSWORD and you’re all set!

But if you want your character's level to advance faster, buying in-game Items to boost the experience are required. You will also need to buy access to certain maps and areas. Weapons, armors, accessories are for sale as well allowing your character to defeat high-level monsters. Some fashion items are for sale to make your characters look better. In order to buy these items, you will have to buy en e-Games ePoint card. These top-up cards are used to purchase in-game items that will help make your characters stronger, more powerful, or simply more fashionable.

In order to maintain the integrity of the game servers, e-Games will make regular Server maintenance work . This means that on certain days of the week, E-Games servers will have downtime. You will not be able to play our e-games while we are doing server maintenance. The schedule are as follows:

• Regular Maintenance, Mondays: 6AM - 8AM
• Regular Maintenance, Wednesdays: 6AM - 10AM
• Regular Maintenance, Fridays: 6AM - 8AM

• ZX Online Maintenance, Thursday: 10AM - 12PM
• CABAL Online Maintenance, Thursday: 10AM - 2PM
• Runes of Magic Maintenance, Thursday: 6AM - 10AM

In case we need to do an emergency maintenance, the protocol is we post an announcement in our launcher AND our game masters will create a new thread regarding the maintenance in our forums.
