    Bug
    is an error, flaw, mistake, failure, or fault in a computer program that prevents it from working correctly or produces an incorrect result.

    The act of changing the user's current e-mail address to a different e-mail address.
    Cancellation of Account
    Cancellation of Account is the act or termination of the registration or user account. This occurs if the user has not met the requirements needed to play an online game or has abused and violated the terms of agreement set by the online game publisher.

    Digital Subscriber line is a type of fast Internet connection or Broadband connection which still utilizes a telephone line. It requires a DSL modem conected to a PC for a DSL connection to work.

    The process of communication whereby a person can disagree, ask a question, repeat information for understanding, or otherwise talk back in the communication process. Web sites have the feedback option to allow users to give their comments and suggestions which then could be used to improve online services.

    An online discussion group, where participants with common interests can exchange open messages. E-Games has a forum for each of its titles.
